In all correspondence with Total Building Control, I’m always dealt with in a courteous and professional way. They understand the time constraints with which I have to work within in the house building industry and always manage to coordinate inspections within an agreed timetable. This is a huge help to me. After final inspections, the turnaround of final certificates is always quick and accurate, this is of a huge importance to us as a company due to the tight deadlines of getting customers to complete and move in. Overall I would say that Total Building Control are a great company who understand the demands of their clients and make my life a lot easier.
