Andrew Ofomah
Managing Director
Andrew is a Chartered Building Engineer.
Andrew started at Total Building Control as a Principal Surveyor following 20 years experience as a celebrated building control manager. Andrew is now Managing Director of the company building on the foundation stones laid out by Ian.
Sarah Evans-Prior
Technical Director
Sarah is a Chartered Building Engineer and a qualified Fire Engineer who has worked in Building Control for over 20 years.
Sarah joined Total Building Control Ltd in 2016 as a Technical Plan Checking Surveyor. By drawing on her wealth of experience and particular knowledge of fire safety, Sarah was promoted to the role of Principal Surveyor to oversee the plan checking & technical function.
In joining the board of directors Sarah is directly responsible for ensuring the technical growth of the company.
Nicola Lewis
Finance Director
Nicola commenced her accounting career in 1988 and qualified with the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in 1996.
She has many years of hands-on financial management experience and has been running her own accounting practice since 2000. Nicola has been the company’s accountant since 2002 and joined the board of Directors in August 2018.
