Established in 2002, Total Building Control Ltd provide a customer focused high quality building control service. Our service is a private sector alternative to the Local Authority Building Control. We pride ourselves on being reliable, approachable, trustworthy and a Chartered Building Consultancy. We cover a wide spectrum of projects ranging from residential to commercial. We are solution driven and aim to provide a number of practical solutions to help you achieve compliance. We have our clients and staff at the heart of our business and our appreciation for them sets us apart from our competitors. We are affiliated with CABE, ABCA and CIOB. Our business management system is certified to ISO:9001 standard, accredited by UKAS.
We are a Registered Building Control Approver, regulated in England by the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) and in Wales by the Welsh Ministers. Our technical team is made up of Registered Building Inspectors.
We are fully insurance backed with a Government approved scheme for Professional Indemnity & Public Liability. Rely on Total Building Control for initial advice through to completion.
